Artistic and fantasy hairstyles are forbidden
禁止任何藝術髮型。

The competitor will create a Street Fashion hairstyle on long hair. The complete hairstyle must be loose and styled down. At finish, the hairstyle and clothes must be consumer-oriented Street Fashion.
選手將在長髮上創造出街頭時尚髮型。整體髮型必須鬆散，自然下垂。完成後的髮型和著裝須是定位于消費者的街頭時尚風格。

Models proceed to the competition floor with straight or wavy hair. The hair must not be pre-styled.
模特來到比賽場地，直髮或捲髮均可，但絕不允許提前做任何髮型。

The respect of this instruction will be checked by the Wise Men, who will brush the hair flat back. The jury will give special attention to the execution of the color.
現場監督將會檢查選手是否遵守這一規則，如有違反，模特頭髮將被恢復原狀。評委會特別留意選手運用色彩的方式、技巧與風格。

1、Color：A harmonious graduation of two (2) or more colors is compulsory. Spray colors are forbidden.

1、染色：必須使用2種或者兩種以上和諧漸變的顏色，禁止噴色。

2、Tools：At finish, NO pins or clips must be left in the hair.

2、工具：髮型完成後，頭髮上不允許留有任何髮夾或鴉嘴夾。

3、Styling：The complete hairstyle must be loose and styled down.

3、造型：整體造型必須鬆散，自然下垂。

4、Products：All products are allowed.

4、產品：所有產品都可以使用。

5、Hairpieces：Any false hair or extensions are forbidden.

5、假髮：禁止使用任何類型的假髮。

6、Clothes：The clothes must be adapted to the Street Fashion hairstyle.

6、著裝：著裝必須與街頭時尚髮型協調統一。

7、Penalties：Competitors who do not observe the instructions, as well as off subject styles, will be penalized by the Wise Men according to the penalty point chart in force.

7、扣分：選手不遵守比賽規則，或者偏離髮型主題，現場監評都將根據扣分表予以扣分。

8、Time：15 minutes.

8、時間：15分鐘。

9、Scores：Maximum: 30 points Minimum: 21 points.

9、分數：最高30分　　　最低21分。
